Facilities LEED© Accreditation
Facilities Partners has a LEED A.D.© (Leed Accredited Professional) on staff. We can perform a cost effective survey to determine LEED© potential of your facilities. We also provide a unique approach by offering supervision and training of engineering staff to enable facility Leed accreditation.
Facilities Sustainability
Facilities Partners has the capability of performing oversight of LEED © Existing Building certification, as well as implementation of the Energy Star Rating process.
Performance Auditing
With performance auditing (or retro-Commissioning), Facilities Partners ensures that your facility and its systems run optimally, as originally intended, through the use of process applications, to result in maximum energy savings.
Performance Measurement
Facilities Partners has recently acquired technology that enables continuous performance measurement of facilities, utilizing existing Direct Digital Control systems. The hardware that is utilized is “read-only” and will require only a static IP connection to the internet. Data is uploaded to remote servers and is processed by a proprietary program that enables the client to view graphical analysis of current conditions. This continuous performance measurement satisfies the requirements of both LEED © Existing Building certification and extended Performance Auditing.
