Facilities Sustainability

Facilities Partners has the capability of performing oversight of LEED © Existing Building certification, as well as implementation of the Energy Star Rating process. 

 

Performance Auditing

FPI has the capability of ensuring that facilities systems operate optimally, as they were intended to run when the facility was originally commissioned.  This is sometimes referred to as Retro-Commissioning.  Energy savings are virtually guaranteed with the application of this process.

 

Performance Measurement

Facilities Partners has recently acquired technology that enables continuous performance measurement of facilities, utilizing existing Direct Digital Control systems.  The hardware that is utilized is “read-only” and will require only a static IP connection to the internet.  Data is uploaded to remote servers and is processed by a proprietary program that enables the client to view graphical analysis of current conditions.  This continuous performance measurement satisfies the requirements of both LEED © Existing Building certification and extended Performance Auditing.
