Scope of Services

1)  Consult, as necessary, with Client to develop a comprehensive understanding of:

o    the tasks and functions pertinent to the Position

o   performance objectives and expectations

o   Client’s corporate policies, procedures, and practices related to the Position.

2)  Develop a Position Description for the Position

o   Client to approve final Position Description

o   Verify compensation to market.

3)  Identify candidates for the Position whose experience, skills, and training meet or exceed the criteria provided in the Position Description and conduct initial screening interview.

4)  Evaluate Candidates for final interviews

o   Identify final candidates

o   Conduct final interviews

o   Interview references and perform background checks

o   Present final candidates to client for approval.

5)  Negotiate candidate’s compensation.
