Scope of Services

1)  Consult, as necessary, with client to develop a comprehensive understanding of:

o    the tasks and functions pertinent to the position

o   performance objectives and expectations

o   Client’s corporate policies, procedures, and practices related to the position.

2)  Develop a job description for the position

o   Client to approve final job description

o   Verify compensation to market.

3)  Identify candidates for the position whose experience, skills, and training meet or exceed the criteria provided in the job description and conduct initial screening interview.

4)  Evaluate candidates for final interviews

o   Identify suitable candidates

o   Conduct final interviews

o   Interview references and perform background checks

o   Present final candidates to client for approval.

5)  Negotiate candidate’s compensation.
