AVA:  Added Value Approach

We are proud of a practice that we call the Added Value Approach.  This concept relates to how we add value to our engineering support and performance.

Facilities Partners is not just a payroll service.  We continually strive to add value to the operations and cost effectiveness of our client's facilities.  Here are some examples of how this approach enhances our performance:

  •   FPI has many internal technical resources that can be utilized by our staff, either on a formal or informal basis. 
  •   FPI staff are continually evaluating our client's facilities for any energy efficiencies that can be implemented.
  •   FPI staff can implement various forms of the Performance Auditing process.
  •   FPI staff can request competitive proposals for various contracted services, either on an as needed, or scheduled basis, to ensure value and performance.
