Facilities Management Facilities Partners offers various capabilities in the area of Facilities Management.
Provide Chief, Lead, and Building Engineers to support commercial office, biotech and residential facilities. Those individuals are uniquely matched to the client's facility to enable an efficient and value-added engineering capability. Our engineers are dedicated to our customer's facility full-time, and are not "farmed out" to other clients.
We provide the engineering support listed above, and can Include any of the following services: budgeting and financial management; establishment of a work order system; capital and project management; safety and environmental management; contract services; and space planning and configuration.
Project assessment; development of specifications; value engineering; qualify prospective contractors; assemble and distribute bid package; evaluate and award bids; negotiate contracts; site inspection and supervision; punchlists; job closeout; and warranty enforcement.
For ongoing or periodic facility services (e.g. janitorial, security, landscaping, mechanical, etc.) develop specifications; qualify prospective contractors; assemble and distribute bid package; evaluate and award bids; negotiate contracts; site inspection; approve invoices for payment.
Energy management; staff development and management; commissioning; preventive and predictive maintenance best practices; recruitment and placement of technicians and professionals.
