SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- Consult, as necessary, with Client to develop a comprehensive
understanding of the tasks and functions pertinent to the Position;
performance objectives and expectations; and Client’s corporate policies,
procedures, and practices related to the Position.
- Develop a Position Description for the Position; Client to approve final
Position Description; verify compensation to market.
- Identify candidates for the Position whose experience, skills, and
training meet or exceed the criteria provided in the Position Description
and conduct initial screening interview.
- Evaluate Candidates for final interviews, identify final candidates, and
conduct final interviews;
- interview references and perform background checks. Present final
candidates to client for approval.
- Negotiate candidate’s compensation.
